I know a lot of you guys are always looking for finishing pieces to your latest build but may not have an endless supply of money. If any of you still need a complete upper you might want to check out this one from Palmetto State Armory.

I have no experience with PSA yet but at only $399.95 including the BCG, there might be a PSA upper on my next low-cost build. Throw on a set of Magpul MOE Handguards and your all set! They also have plans for a midlength version as well.

Palmetto State Armory is pleased to announce the release of our new complete upper.

Introductory priced at $399.95, these uppers are assembled here in our facility in SC using quality, US made, parts.

We start with our complete A3 Flattop Upper Receiver. This forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is made to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized black for durability. Featuring machined T marks, M4 feed ramps and mil-spec finish. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer, and are marked with the Palmetto State Armory logo on the left side, up front, just below the rail. Barrels are m4 profile, 4150 steel, chrome lined, air gauged, and 5.56 Nato chambered with a 1:7 twist. Barrel is finished off with an F-marked front sight base, standard carbine handguards, and A2 flash hider. Bolt is made of Mil-spec Carpenter 158 steel, shot-peened, HPT and MPI. Gas key is secured with grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec. Bolt carrier is heavy profile, parkerized outside chrome lined inside, and laser engraved with the Palmetto State Armory logo.
