They say “Variety is the spice of life” and when it comes to my AR-15 accessory choices I definitely agree. Here is another nice looking heavy duty AR-15 buttstock by Tactical Intent. It’s called the TI-7 and has some very nice features including 2 battery storage tubes, 2 QD sling attachments points and a larger rubber shoulder rest for better comfort.
A lot of manufacturers are getting smart and including cool storage compartments in their stocks which is what TI has done with this one. The most popular form of storage lately are tubes that are inserted into slots hidden beneath the sloping cheek weld which makes great use of usually wasted space. The TI-7 stock includes two storage tubes that will accommodate CR123 / AA Batteries, Cleaning Supplies or anything else you can think of that will fit in there. 🙂
The TI-7 has two QD cups and two webbing slots for mounting a sling. The release lever has a nice textured area on it and is protected by the forward angle of the stock to keep from accidentally sliding it.
