Another month and another leak of NEW Magpul products.  Well, Magpul’s infamous Dr. Drake says these products are just “the tip of the ice berg” for Magpul and if that’s true then we’re in for a real treat once SHOT starts.  For now you’ll just have to check out the new products shown below including 2 brand new PMAGs, new PMAG Floor Plate, new XTM Rail Covers, new XTM Hand Stop and a new Mag Coupler. 

The 2 new PMAGs will be much more compatible with the popular HK416 and FH SCAR weapons as well as the M27 IAR, British SA-80 and MK 16/16S. 

 

 

They also feature a really cool “Paint Pen Dot Matrix” which will allow the end user to identify individual mags.  This could be very handy with the popularity of using different rounds that use the same size mag such as a 300 Blackout round.  Also by using the dot matrix the paint will be protected a bit and not rub off as easily.

 

 

 There is also a product that I always wondered why Magpul never made yet which is the Maglink Mag Coupler.  I’m glad to see them put this together and can’t wait to try one out for myself. 

 

Mapul has also updated the XTM Rail Covers.  They feature a new grip pattern and will help you with routing cables for lights and aiming lasers.  They also have a 4 piece XTM kit that features a hand stop which looks pretty sweet. 

 

Last is a low profile PMAG Floorplate which will make them fit better when stacked in double and triple mag pouches.
