Many of you guys are probably familiar with Tactical Machining already.  They make some awesome AR-15 and AR-10 upper / lower receivers and parts including their 80% receivers.   They’ve got a ton of great stuff to offer and now it looks like they’ll be more readily available.  This is especially good news right now as many companies are having a hard time just keeping up with demand and parts are becoming harder and harder to find.  Take a  moment to read their press release below.

Tactical Machining Focuses On Manufacturing

Tactical Machining is proud to announce that in the 4th Quarter of 2012 we will be increasing production significantly to meet the demands of our customer base.  Products we currently manufacture will be more readily available for purchase.  This includes 80% receivers, stripped lower receivers and receivers for our variance customers. In addition we will be able to offer limited quantities of our AR-15 upper receivers.

Due to this change Tactical Machining has made the decision to discontinue selling most aftermarket accessories, however, we will continue to stock Surefire products.  These changes are already reflected on our website.

We pride ourselves on our customer service.  We would be letting our customers down if we did not provide the products they are looking for.  Check back for new products in the next year from our product development team.  Increasing our production allows us to develop more products on a much more aggressive timeline.

Our ability to provide our Type 07 FFL customers with faster turn around times while continuing to offer smaller runs is extremely important to us (40 Piece Minimum).  Our variance customer base has grown over 500 percent in the past year and this is something we cannot ignore.  Even though these receivers do not have the TM markings on them they are held to the high standards Tactical Machining receivers are held to.

We are excited about the direction the company is moving and we hope that our customers are excited as well. In the end we feel these changes will help us stick to our goal of supporting the shooting community by creating quality products and offering them at an affordable price.  Tactical Machining is growing to meet your demands and we anticipate a very busy and eventful end to 2012, so keep your eyes peeled.
