When it comes to ARs, I tend to be on the non-flashy side. Pretty much any color is fine as long as its black. LoL However, I’ve always thought the custom engraving on 1911s, Shotguns, etc can be really cool looking and gives it that heirloom feel. When I saw what Underground Tactical was doing in celebration of Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead, I knew it was too cool to not share with you guys. Check out the “Maquina de la Muerte” or “Death Machine” below.
The “Maquina de la Muerte” started out as a standard Underground Tactical billet receiver set and rail coated in what looks to me like a burnt bronze. They then sent the receivers and rail to King’s Wild Project for some amazing custom engraving.
As you can see, this turned into more of a work of art than anything else. The design and craftsmanship of the engraving are off the charts. I’ll be updating this article as more photos and information become available. Check out Underground Tactical and Kings Wild Project at the links below.
