Cross Machine Tool has been teasing us little sneak peeks of a mysterious 9mm PDW for some time but it wasn’t until now that they released information and full pictures of the ARMINI™. The ARMINI™ is a self contained 9mm PDW that takes Glock mags. It features Ambi Controls (something other 9mm AR’s don’t offer), a Non-Reciprocating Forward Side-Charging Handle and an awesome Side Folding Stock that locks into the rail system doubling as a Vertical Forward Grip. It is also extremely lightweight at just 3lb 4oz without the stock or 4lb 2oz with the stock.
The Patent Pending ARMINI™ can be seen at the Northwest Shooting Sports Expo this weekend August 27th -28th in Tacoma, WA. The ARMINI™ takes the term American Sub Gun to a whole new level. Although it may look similar to any other pistol caliber AR, it is not. Everything from the bolt, forward charging handle, receivers, buffer system has been designed around pistol caliber cartridges fed from a standard Glock magazine. Weights- 3lbs 4oz. Pistol configuration. 4lbs 2oz with folding buttstock/forward grip configuration.

The Cross Machine Tool ARMINI™ will be exclusively licensed to Rainier Arms and will be available through the Rainier Arms website or in-store. You’ll also be happy to hear that the ARMINI™ will be sold in a “Pistol” configuration with the stock being sold as an optional product. This makes it so you can purchase your firearm and take it home with you, then submit a Form 1 to SBR it when you’re ready. Production Cross Machine Tool ARMINI’s™ will be available Early 2017.
