The guys over at Rogue Gunfighter shared a sneak peek of their new NVAM (No Vis Ankle Med) Kit and we of course wanted to share it with you. Rogue Gunfighter believes that anyone who carries a gun should be carrying a med kit and this is the perfect solution. For those of you who already understand the need for it and have been fashioning your own version, you know this thing is pretty awesome.
There aren’t a whole ton of details available on the NVAM just yet but here’s the gist. As you can see it is a small, lightly padded belt style Med Kit carrier designed to be warn near the ankle underneath a loose pant leg. A couple of benefits of having a Med Kit on the ankle is that you don’t have to attach even more items to your belt and also when treating someone who is wounded most likely you’ll be kneeling down which puts the Med Kit right at your hands. Not to mention that in some instances such as certain Private Security, Dignitary Protection jobs, etc. you aren’t able to be all kitted out in your normal gear so anything additional that you want to carry with you needs to be “No Vis”.
