Their Dominator-1 complete AR-15 upper comes with front and rear flipup sights, rail system, 16″ barrel, BCG and Charging Handle. They give you an option to choose either a freefloat or standard rail system and also a choice between 1/7 twist or 1/9 twist barrel.
